Did you know that ‘Dus Bahane’ song was the most played song of 2005? - TOI Etimes

We might not clearly remember the plot of many films in Bollywood but what continues to stay with us is the music of the films. And same is the case with Anubhav Sinha's 2005 directorial, 'Dus' starring Abhishek Bachchan and others. Although we clearly do not remember the story of the film now, what we loved was the music of the film, especially the song, 'Dus Bahane'. Did you know that 'Dus Bahane' was the most played song of the year 2005?
Yes, you read it right! The music of the film was given by none other than the popular music composer duo Vishal Dadlani and Shekhar Ravjiani. Those were the early days of Vishal-Shekhar and they did a great job the too.
'Dus Bahane' was reportedly the most played song, in close competition with 'Kajra Re' from 'Bunty Aur Babli'.
Now, after 15 long years, get ready to hear the song again, only this time in a new and reprised version. The makers of the Ahmed Khan's 'Baaghi 3' are all set to revive the song for the Tiger Shroff and Shraddha Kapoor starrer.
The song, featuring the lead cast, will be unveiled today. The teaser of the song was dropped yesterday and it has already created quite a buzz about the song already.KK and Shaan had provided vocals in the original 'Dus Bahane' while Vishal-Shekhar had composed the song. Now, credits for the reworked version's music of 'Dus Bahane 2.0' are also attributed to Vishal-Shekhar.
